ABOUT OAKS EAST

Oaks East is a 24/7, guard-gated community that is comprised of 416 homes built by Otto "Buz" DiVosta between 1991 and 1994. 60% of the homes in the community are located on any one of its seven lakes.  Unlike the typical Florida construction, that utilizes stacked cinder blocks, the homes of Oaks East were constructed using special forms that created solid 6" thick, one-piece walls of steel-reinforced concrete.

Oaks East is not only in close vicinity to indoor/outdoor shopping and fabulous restaurants, it is less than 3 minutes from the beaches and convenient to Palm Beach International Airport.

Oaks East is managed by Seacrest Services with an on-site Property Manager. It maintains an elected Board of Directors, comprised of seven residents.

The HOA assessments cover the expenses associated with: a 24-hour, guarded security gate, front-yard maintenance for all homes, landscape maintenance of all common areas, maintenance of the community pool, basic cable TV and the property management company.

The assessments are due quarterly on the first of January, April, July and October.
